This one takes a little longer to get to the point, but it comes right after the love letter and how she cannot llive without you, about 7 letters.
It was launched in 2006 and became an instant hit with both the American audience and the critics who awarded it with the industry's top honor—The Fi Fi Fragrance of the Year 2006. The top notes reveal the pleasant freshness of watermelon, mandarin, pink passion fruit, green leaves, water hyacinth and marigold flowers.
The heart brings with it charming notes of tuberose, lily, and wild rose, while the base unites notes of caramels, powdery vanilla, creme brulee, patchouli and woods.
I give JC points for reinventing the brash white floral for the 21st century.
With its gaudy crested bottle and “royal” aspirations, you could say JC is Giorgio Beverly Hills for millennials! It’s got a very front-and-center tuberose lily combo with a supporting cast of notes such as watermelon, vanilla, and caramel. The sweet fruity stuff— and the utter lack of “dirty” or fecal notes that older white floral fragrances often sport— establish JC as a contemporary fragrance.
The florals remain in the foreground, however, so if you think white flowers always scream “old lady,” stay away.
Ultimately, for all the praise I have for JC, I cannot wear it and I sold my bottle at a garage sale. Well— it’s just not “me.” It is relentlessly extroverted & loud (louder than most of my vintage stinkers) and the sharpness of the lily stings my sinuses.
I agree with all the others, it seems every girl with an email from innetbox. This one is getting too old not to be seriously looking for someone.
Juicy Couture is a lovely floral fruity fragrance designed by Harry Fremont for the eponymous brand.
