We have attempted to contact customer service using this email.It took approximately two minutes for a representative to answer. Several online forums stated Verizon didn’t particularly have the greatest customer service in the industry. After sending an email inquiry to customer service, we received a response in 2 days.Although the response time was out of character for a retail company, we did receive answers to our question regarding a customer service email contact.We have not received a response from the customer service department yet.When we reached out to the customer service department, we were greeted by an automated response system.AT&T hides all contact information from customers unless they choose a specific problem they need help with from customer service.
