Before we finish this webpage, it should be noted that Paul Cohen, Hafichuk's partner in this charade, continues to send us demeaning e-mails, using language that is not from a Christian mouth but from a mouth of anger, strife and confusion."...Out of the same mouth proceed blessing and cursing. Doth a fountain send forth at the same place sweet water and bitter?Somewhere in their past they have lost the love that God places in the hearts of dedicated Christians who weep and pray over lost souls.
When an individual begins misleading others with a private interpretation of scripture, the Bible commands us to point out that error and warn others not to heed or associate with such an individual or teaching.
The spiritual illness that we observe here is that Hafichuk and Cohen concentrate on demeaning and denouncing what would appear to be sincere, dedicated Christian correspondents who collectively and individually are shocked that Hafichuk and Cohen would presume to know what is in their individual hearts and souls by condemning(or even damning) virtually every sentence and paragraph of such correspondence.
Any number of correspondants with these two individuals have contacted us and thanked us for the following article - exposing Hafichuk and Cohen for the viscious and two-faced individuals that they have shown themselves to be.
Hafichuk and Cohen have never publicly disputed or denied the information presented below - primarily because such a denial would expose this posting to their entire mailing list - making things even worse for themselves that it already is.
It is a shame that these men cannot direct their several energies in directions which are worthy of their talents and turn others to Christ rather than demean Christians who are at least trying to live the best way they know before God.
God corrected Balaam --- I don't recall him admonishing the donkey.
"MANY will say to me in that day, Lord, Lord, have we not prophesied in thy name? We can't possibly cover all of the topics of concern in this short memorandum, so we will concentrate on only a few illustrations of where Hafichuk's cart and horse have both gone into the ditch but more importantly, exposing the underlying theology that Hafichuck has carefully woven into and hidden in his responses and articles.
Knowing this theological or spiritual background, you can then form your own opinion as to whether you would want to download any of Hafichuk's writings, much less show them to your kids, friends or neighbors.
These "revelations" are allowed to add to and/or have equal authority to the closed canon of Scripture(clearly a carryover from Hafichuk's confusing experiences in the Catholic church and its Magisterium), his belief in Calvinism(or Hyper-Calvinism) as well as his upbringing in an area of Canada where Pentacostalism bred these heresies a generation ago;(3) an anti-denominational and anti-organizational stance(arrogance might be a more appropriate descriptor); separatism combined with legalism many times leads to heretical theologies as history has shown us century after century.(4) a resurrection or resurgence of Jewish Old Testament law, applied to believers in this Church age and and which would be harshly administered by the "apostles" and "prophets" identified in (1) above; The law was given to the Israelites during that dispensation to demonstrate to the Jew that it was indeed impossible to attain righteousness by keeping the laws(hundred of them).
To claim that the OT law is binding on this current dispensation is to simply not understand the purpose of the various economies that God has(and will) employ to show man his imperfection away from the saving grace of Jesus Christ.
Individuals(like plants) who come looking for answers( and nutrition) rather than a tougue lashing are many times turned away from spiritual growth as well as the ability to bear fruit(or bring the gospel to others).
